As well as seeing the emergence every day of new initiatives that keep us with the batteries on to publish constantly. Steemit is a lifestyle.

Steemit came to accompany us on one of the best journeys of our lives. That's why it deserves that we support and put our grain of sand to make this beautiful community better.

Seguimos motivando a mas personas para que formen parte de la familia Steemit. Es una alegría ver el crecimiento que está teniendo cada día la plataforma y las distintas comunidades que hacen vida acá. Así como ver el surgimiento día a día de nuevas iniciativas que nos mantienen con las pilas puestas para publicar de manera constante. Steemit es un estilo de vida.

Steemit llegó para acompañarnos en uno de los mejores viajes de nuestra vida. Es por eso que merece que apoyemos y pongamos cada una nuestro granito de arena por hacer mejor de esta hermosa comunidad.

The theme and purpose of this week's contest in the community @steemwomensclub in conjunction with the community @steemmensclub is to attract more people to join and also be part of this lifestyle. According to my experience I have left my comfort zone and it is one of the best things that has happened to me because I have come to know and bring out different skills that remained dormant in me and that today have made me feel better about myself and this version of me. Although there is still much more to discover and I am excited about that idea.

El tema y proposito del concurso de esta semana en la comunidad @steemwomensclub en conjunto con la comunidad @steemmensclub es atraer a mas personas para que se unan y tambien sean participes de este estilo de vida. Segun mi experiencia he salido de mi zona de confort y es una de las mejores cosas que me ha pasado ya que he llegado a conocer y sacar a relucir distintas habilidades que permanecían dormidas en mí y que al día de hoy me han hecho sentirme mejor conmigo misma y esta versión de mí. Aunque todavía falta por descubrir mucho mas y me entusiasma esa idea.

Last week I talked to some of my friends and told them about the opportunity to be part of a great community where they could share creative content, meet great people from here in Venezuela and from different parts of the world as well, and also earn income for their content. Surprised, they started asking me several questions. So I arranged a meeting with them for Monday. That day they attended very early in the morning. I started to explain and share with them one by one my knowledge about the history, how the platform works and what kind of content they could create and share. They were happy and enthusiastic as soon as I told them about my experience and also showed them proof of it.

After the small induction I helped them with registering their accounts, setting up their profile, showed them some communities. I had already mentioned this to @danielkivilaakso before and he had registered on his own, although he had not started creating content due to discouragement. But in the conversation we had now I have explained more in depth and motivated him to resume his account, I told them that I would support them as much as I could.

La semana pasada hablé con algunos de mis amigos y les comenté sobre la oportunidad de formar parte de una gran comunidad donde podían compartir contenido creativo, conocer personas geniales de acá de Venezuela y de distintas partes del mundo también, y además percibir ingresos por su contenido. Sorprendidos me comenzaron a hacer varias preguntas. Así que coordiné una reunión con ellos para el día lunes. Ese día bien temprano asistieron. Comencé a explicarles y compartirles uno a uno de mi conocimiento acerca de la historia, funcionamiento de la plataforma y que tipo de contenido podrían crear y compartir. Se alegraron y entusiasmaron en cuanto les hablé de mi experiencia y además les mostré prueba de ello.

Luego de la pequeña inducción les ayudé con el registro de sus cuentas, a configurar su perfil, les mostré algunas comunidades. A @danielkivilaakso anteriormente ya le había hecho mención al respecto y se había registrado por su cuenta, aunque no había comenzado a crear contenido por desanimo. Pero en la conversación que tuvimos ahora le he explicado mas a fondo y motivado para que retome su cuenta, les dije que les apoyaría lo mas que pudiera.

What do I know about Steemit?

It's a great place where we can share our knowledge, talents or skills. On the other hand, to meet and interact with incredible people who share their knowledge and experiences from which we learn and form a feedback. And that in addition to this we can earn money through STEEM, SBD and TRON tokens and have more chances to have a better life with Steem in different aspects.

¿Qué sé acerca de Steemit?

Pues es un grandioso lugar donde podemos compartir nuestros conocimientos, talentos o habilidades. Por otro lado conocer e interactuar con personas increibles que comparten por igual sus conocimientos y experiencias de las cuales aprendemos y se forma una retroalimentación. Y que además de ello podemos ganar dinero mediante los tokens STEEM, SBD y TRON y tener mas posibilidades de tener una mejor vida con Steem en distintos aspectos.

Introducing My Friends To The Steemit Family

I'll tell you a little bit about them

• Giselle [@giselleage04]: She is a cute girl who likes to dance and sing a lot, she has a talent for it. She also likes to create things with recycling. So on her blog we will see dancing, singing and DIY/crafting content.

• Daniel [@danielkivilaakso]: He is a great musician, able to play very well different instruments like bass, guitar, keyboard and drums. He also likes and is dedicated to graphic design, so in his blog we can see musical content, as well as the art of design. **

• Karina [@ninasolangel]: A pastry lover, she will delight us with her wonderful creations. She also likes to write, dance and sing, so we will probably also see literary and musical content on her blog.

• Juan: He is a boy who loves reading and writing, he likes philosophy, as well as learning new things daily. He also loves movies and series. So in his blog we can find content about books, as well as some entertaining reviews in those areas.

Everyone thought it was great to get out of their comfort zone and the idea of participating in different contests that arise in the communities day after day. So in addition to seeing their content in those areas they will also be participating in contests:D

Les hablaré un poco sobre ellos

• Giselle [@giselleage04]: Ella es una linda chica que le gusta mucho bailar y cantar, tiene talento para ello. También le gusta crear cosas con reciclaje. Así que en su blog veremos contenido de baile, canto y bricolajes/manualidades.

• Daniel [@danielkivilaakso]: Es un gran músico, capaz de tocar muy bien distintos instrumentos como el bajo, la guitarra, el teclado y la batería. Tambien le gusta y se dedica al diseño grafico, por lo que en su blog podremos ver contenido musical, así como también del arte del diseño.

• Karina [@ninasolangel]: Amante de la repostería, ella nos deleitará con sus maravillosas creaciones. Tambien le gusta escribir, bailar y cantar, así que probablemente tambien veamos contenido literario y musical en su blog.

• Juan: El es un chico amante de la lectura y escritura, le gusta la filosofía, así como aprender cosas nuevas diariamente. Las peliculas y series también le gustan mucho.. Por lo que en su blog podremos encontrar contenido acerca de libros, así como unas entretenidas reseñas en tales areas.

A todos les pareció genial salir de su zona de confort y la idea de participar en diferentes concursos que surgen en las comunidades día tras día. Así que además de ver su contenido en dichas areas también estarán participando en concursos:D

I helped them register and oriented them on how the platform and communities work. I also talked to them about how we could meet people both, see how they are doing and the rewards you could get for sharing quality content. Each of them is already part of Steemit, they have posted their submissions except for Juan who is about to join as well. They have made the achievement 2, but they have not published it because they are waiting for the verification of their achievement #1 by the team in charge and thus move on to the next achievement. Les he ayudado a registrarse y he orientado sobre el funcionamiento de la plataforma y las comunidades. También les hablé acerca de que podíamos conocer gente tanto, ver como está e las recompensas que podías obtener por compartir contenido de calidad. Cada uno de ellos ya forma parte de Steemit, han publicado sus presentaciones salvo Juan que está próximo a unirse también. Han realizado el logro 2, pero no lo han publicado ya que están a la espera de la verificación de su logro #1 por parte del equipo encargado y así pasar al siguiente logro. It's a pleasant experience and a good feeling to keep promoting Steemit to attract new members, and I think it's great that my friends are now part of our wonderful Steemit ecosystem.

Por acá les comparto mi publicación del Steem Women Club Community CONTEST #14 Invite Your Friends to Steemit donde invité, ayudé a registrar y orienté a mi mamá, mi prima y una amiga para que se unieran y compartieran su contenido acá en Steemit. De las cuales mi mamá @yareavelin y mi prima @ilvianistrid se mantienen activas mientras que mi amiga @rosaorenip ha estado apagada por no tener las herramientas para publicar, ojalá pronto reactive y retome su cuenta.

I also share my post on the Steem Women Club Community CONTEST #14 Invite Your Friends to Steemit where I invited, helped register and guided my mom, my cousin and a friend to join and share their content here on Steemit. Of which my mom @yareavelin and my cousin @ilvianistrid remain active while my friend @rosaorenip has been off for not having the tools to publish, hopefully soon reactivate and resume her account.
