Hello beautiful women of this club. Here I am, once again in your midst. Today, I want to share with you all how our class launching went about.

Launching of the class material for Level 400 Mathematics Department

In my school which is the Higher Teacher's Training College or HTTC, it is a tradition that each class gets their class material or uniform. This is usually done while in level 300, our second year.

This material was chosen since May 2021 after a class decision was made. Unfortunately, our school year hasn't been the best which resulted in the launching being postponed. Despite all the hurdles, the launching finally took place on Sunday the 17th of October 2021.

It was a joyous occasion as you can see on the beautiful faces. For one reason or the other, not everyone came for the launching. Nevertheless, things went on smoothly.

The venue chosen was part of a hotel which we had rented out just for the occasion. My friend Marita and I were the first to arrive actually. While waiting for the others, we took a lot of pictures.

One by one, our other classmates streamed into the venue. The picture taking continued while waiting for the rest. When rain started threatening, we went to the venue to wait for the others. Our drinks were already placed on the table so I started making do with one drink during the wait.

Finally the occasion started at 2:00 pm prompt. It started with a word of prayers, because God is the center of everything. After that, we had a small speech from our Class Coordinator or CC as we call him, David. This was followed by a short fashion parade by some classmates.

What follows after was the “Hot Seat” game. That is, we choose anybody to sit in the middle, and we get to ask anything we've ever wondered about them. This went on for a while with a couple of classmates and it was so much fun and informative as well.

Finally, it was time for item 11. I chose a meal of fufucorn and huckleberry and boy was it delicious. While eating, I sat beside the few married women in our class and got the opportunity to ask them about certain issues which only they could answer. I learned a lot from them and those listening also learnt a lot as well.

All in all, the occasion was a success and our bond as a class and family grew closer. And before I forget to add, we all got home safely. I had to add this in because with our current situation in the country, coming home safely is a 50/50 risk. Thank God for keeping us safe.
