WOVEN EARRINGS.

Hello beautiful ladies of the community and the general public. Today is my debut as a content creator in #steemwomenclub. Mother's day in Venezuela is approaching and I want to give you the step by step to make a nice present for the women in your family, friends and acquaintances who have the joy of being mothers. I hope you all 💖 have a nice day of celebration and preferably in family unity.

The materials you will need are:

• Crochet thread.
• Crochet needle of 1.60 mm.
• Scissors.
• Jewelry hook.
• Some tweezers or small pliers.
• Small beads or charms.

We are going to make KNITTING BASKETS for the mothers of our environment. I chose this project because I love feminine coquetry. It adapts to the use of women of any age. We will use only two basic materials: yarn and hooks. The rest is additional to decorate and make them more elegant.

Another reason why I like to make the woven tendrils is that they are very light. We can adapt them to any size and weave them in a variety of colors. I got used to wear them because I suffer from cervical spine rectification, by doctor's orders I must have on my body the least amount of weight possible. I am also happy to be able to make them for myself and for whoever needs them.

• Start by making a magic ring ( am.) double the size of your choice. I used the index and middle fingers to turn the yarn (for the pink earrings).
• Using the crochet hook, start a complete loop in the magic ring by knitting low stitches. Try to cover the entire ring without making it too loose or too tight. In my ring I knit 30 single crochet stitches.
• We need two of the same size to make the pair.
• Close, finish off and leave the yarn a little long before cutting.

• With the help of the pliers, open a little the hooking ring of the jeweler's hook. Hook it just at the point where the fabric closes.
• Secure it well and then cut the excess thread strand.

• Now let's put the personal touch in the decoration. I really enjoy this part, because I like to play with the combination of shapes and colors. Of course using the resources I have at the moment.
• For the smallest ones I put a plastic pendant, droplet style.
• To the pink one (from the step by step) I placed a detail that I had already made: a pearl bead between two pieces of pale pink plastic swarovski mounted on a small piece of costume jewelry wire.
• With the help of the tweezers I opened the hook ring of the detail and placed it on the lower part of the linear fabric to the hook already placed.

I hope you like them as much as I do. The best thing is that we can make them with very little material, by the dozen and in a variety of colors and sizes.

You just need to know the basic crochet stitches that we have used in this tutorial:
