Today is Eid. First of all, happy Eid to all of you. This Eid is a special day for Muslims. We celebrate this holiday every year. At half-past 5 in the morning, my mother woke me up to look at the sun. This is the first time I saw the sun at sunrise. Its color was red. And it looked amazing. I prayed before the sun came up, and then I started watching the sunrise. I woke up a little more after the sun came up.
I woke up again at 9 o'clock. Since it was the first day of Eid-al-Adha, no guests came. I had breakfast with my family. My mom made this Çörek and it is very delicious. These çörek are the best options for Bayram breakfasts. It is delicious with tea and cheese. The size of this Çörek is a little big. There are different shapes, but I like this style.
I cleaned up the house after breakfast. Just in case, the house needs to be clean. After cleaning, I wore the clothes that I prepared for Eid and started to rest. My aunt came in the afternoon. We spent the whole day with her. After we had tea together, my aunt made us dinner. My mother was not available because she was dealing with meat. In the evening, my aunt returned home.
Look at the last photo 😊 Bears :) My brother brought it from his works. Chocolate cakes. It looks amazing. They look like teddy bears pulling halay :)
Now, it is 00.59 and I need to sleep. Tomorrow lots of guests will visit us. I am ready :)
