Club5050-Hurray 🎊🎊🎊!!!! I Am A Year Old On Steemit Today.

Greetings lovely members of steemwomenclub.

Today marks exactly my one year on this platform and I want to use it as an opportunity to share with you how this great platform (steemit) has impacted my life ever since I joined it. Although i joined this platform not quite long and the way it has impacted my life is something i want to share with you today. I always give thanks to the Almighty Allah for this opportunity he has opened for me and i want to give my all in promoting this platform and doing my best for this platform.

Steemit has greatly impacted my life. I joined this platform last year in April. Before I was introduced to this platform I never had my way of livelihood except from my parents. I live with my mother and my father is seriously sick and has been down for about 5 years now. He was the one taking care of the family till this misfortune arise and he can’t work nor take care of us anymore. Since then my mother established the groundnut paste business and started managing it to cater for the family. It was through that I was able to pay my fees and continued with my education at the university. I don’t have any work doing except schooling so always when we are on vacation I’m always with my mother at the market.

Exactly this day last year, I joined the steemit blockchain through a friend who I’m in the same level with on campus. He was the one that introduced steemit to me and helped me register an account. He took me through all the basics of this site and continuously keep assisting me whenever I was having difficulties in doing something on the platform. I still thank him anytime we speak on phone or anytime I see him and I dedicate this post to him for showing me a better way of catering for my own needs without engaging in any back act. Thanks so much @rubilu123 for this wonderful opportunity in my life.

As at then I knew nothing about blockchain and its related systems. But ever since I joined steemit I have been exposed to so many things relating to crypto and blockchain in general. I used to do a lot of reading of articles on this platform in order to learn how other users on this platform create their content. I use not to be a good writer and I never dreamt of being one. Through this platform I have now developed the passion of typing good articles and publishing them to the general public on the steemit blockchain.

However, the most important impact this platform has given me is earning rewards on any post i make. Indeed this has been the reason why this platform is special from any other blogging platform. Although have not make it to my satisfactory yet but i am now living a financially independent life with the rewards I earn for creating good content on steemit.

Before i joined steemit, I was facing financial problems which made me worry a lot at times because as at then I could not buy some of my personnel needs and always have to depend on my mother. It was not easy at all. It got to a time where i was fed with my life because nothing was going on well for me and i also need somethings in live to keep me going.

Even ever since I had admission to the university I never had a laptop which was a major problem for me at that level of education but after I joined steemit I was able to gather some of my rewards and bought myself a laptop which I now use to write all my post on this platform and also use it to carry out most of my academic activities. Through steemit, I have been able to cater for myself now and i want to keep on with this to better my life for the near future.

Thanks to anyone who has helped me on this platform and I’m really glad being part of this platform and this community in particular. Thank you all for your time, hope you enjoyed reading my 1 year anniversary post.
