Introduction

Good day beautiful women, ladies, steemians and friends.
How are you all doing?I believe your day is going as planned.

Today I will be writing about how I spent my Monday, cooking for the family, doing laundry and taking care of my kids.

Activities in the Morning

I woke up very early in the morning that was around 5:00 am, I Said a brief personal prayer and then start my morning activities.
I started by sweeping the kitchen and wash few dishes in the house. While washing the dishes, I boiled water, and by the time the water was ready, my husband help me bathed my kids and dress up my older child for school.

While he was bathing the kids, I peeled potatoes, washed and sliced it to the desired sizes. When I was through with that I set the frying pan on fire and started frying it.

After frying the potatoes, I made egg sauce to be used in eating the fried potatoes.
Before 7:20am the breakfast was ready.

_Breakfast

After the breakfast, I put for my girl to take to school for lunch and also feed my baby.

At this point my older child was ready to go to school, which my husband dropped her at school.

I carried my baby around rocking her and trying to make her to sleep but unfortunately for me she refused to sleep, maybe that was too early for her.
Well I had no choice than to continue with my house chores.

I brought out few dirty clothes to wash. They were my kids clothes and spare uniform that I didn't wash over the weekend because we travelled over the weekend.

While washing my baby was really disturbing me and I felt so uncomfortable.
I had no choice than to manage her and still do my work.
After the laundry, I felt so tire and I decided to stop there and take my bath and eat my breakfast.

Activities in the Afternoon

In the afternoon, I cleared my surroundings and filled up some places where there was stagnant water to avoid mosquitoes.
By 2pm, I went to my daughter's school to pick her up and I was given a notice informing all parents about their upcoming graduation party. When I return home, I bathed and fed my daughter, assisted her in her homework and then make her to sleep.
I actually fed both of them and they all slept. While they were sleeping, though I was very tire, I login to steemit to read and verify post in steemkids community. The kids were really trying, they are not left out even when school is on, most of them participated in the homework task and those who did the homework task I gave, made me proud.
I worked in the community till evening and the good thing was thay my kids were still sleeping.

Activities in the Evening

In the evening, I participated in the contest "kids of the world" that was my first time participating in that contest and I dont want to miss it anymore. I am happy to announce that I won in the contest and my steem price was sent to me. This made me so happy because I hardly get that kind of steem price for over a month now.

When I finished with the post, I prepared dinner for the family and also go out to get some food stuff for breakfast the next morning.

My husband return home by 7pm and insisted that we must go and see his friend whose wife put to birth two weeks ago.

_{At the supermarket}

Even when I was so tire, I dress up myself and the kids, we stopped by at the supermarket to get few things for the newborn baby.

When we got there, we saw the baby and the mother, spent few time with them and returned home. We got home by 9:40pm, my kids were sleeping and I felt sleepy too.
Immediately, we entered the house, dropped my kids as they continued sleeping and I joined them too.

Conclusion

That was how I spent my monday. It was a busy Monday but successful. My kids were so happy to see a newborn baby and we were able to make that family smiles. Thank you all for reading my diary Game.
