I am here to tell you how I and all of us can care and maintain a good routine hair Care.

Getting into a hair care routine is just like engaging in skin care routine too, one you have found the one that work and good for you , you will not astray, but the act of finding the hair care routine can be a little discouraging because when there is many options especially from people with the same type.
My hair care products
Caring for my hair at home sometimes is a discouraging task especially if I'm not sure of where to start, all the process appear to be as time waisted, but I always try my best to spend time to care for my hair, these include, washing, conditioning and treating my hair, I agree that most of them is overboard especially when I want to put relaxer to relax my hair, but I'm happy because my dream of healthy hair turned out to reality with proper hair care.

I cared for my hair by following the do's and dont's of the hair care .these are:
- Washing of the hair: I wash my hair regularly to ensure that my scalp and hair is free of dirt and excess oil.but frequently washing of the hair depends on individual hair type and also on personal preferences, for example people who have extremely dry hair can limit the washing the washing to at least 2 times a week and those who have oily scalp can wash it on daily basis it can help.
- Using chemical free shampoo: it is true that no one can really control all the environmental factors that causes hair damage, but the types of shampoo we are using to wash our hair can control it, if we are using the shampoo that is lesser in the number of chemical our hair will be healthier, so I choose to go for gentle shampoo that suit my hair.
-correct condition of hair: my hair my hair conditioner contains ingredients that makes my hair fall straight and also manageable.it protect my hair from heat styling and hair damaging, i apply it on the tips of my hair not on the scalp and I make sure that I rinse it off thoroughly with clean water.
- Oiling: I oil and massaging my hair properly to improve blood circulation on the scalp, oil restore moisture content on the hair and also nourish it, oil makes the hair to grow well and repairs split ends.
- Used of comb: I always used a wide-toothed comb to comb my hair to avoid breakage and it prevents hair damage.
- Hot water: I don't use hot water to wash my hair because hot water strip off the natural oil from the scalp and make it dry and flaky, so using cold or warm water is the best.
*- chemicals": I don't use chemicals for example to dye, tint, perming and others affect hair follicle, and damage the hair growth and may lead to hair fall. So I refuse to use them on my hair.
- Salt water: I don't used salty water to wash my hair because it damaged hair cuticle and also make the hair to tangled.
- Hair styling: frequently using blow dryer ,straightener and curlers for a long period of time do changes the texture of the hair, it makes hair dry and may lead hair breakage, so I don't always used them.

To have a good and nice hair we must maintain it, these are some tips for the hair
care.
- Trimming: hair needs to be trimmed from time to time, at least 7-9 weeks to get ride of split ends. There is a split hair when ever the hair is damage due to heat styles so trimming help Hair to be healthy.
- Drinking of water:, drinking of more water is one of the key to well balance and healthy hair, it ensures good health hair.
- Healthy food: eating healthy food that contains proteins and amino acid is good for the hair since hair is made up of protein and amino acid so it needed nutrition to grows well and maintain itself. Eating something like potatoes, egg ,nuts ,fish, green leafy Vegetable, berries is a good food for the healthy hair.
- sun: when walking on a harsh sun rays hair mist be covered with hat or cap to prevent the effect of damaging the hair as the sun will dry the moisture of the hair.
If someone do not take care of her hair, the hair may stop growing after a certain point and slowly the person will have dandruff and hair fall , also the hair will be dry.
Not washing the hair for a long time can cause ingrown and if will be attracting dust.
Using wrong hair products will make someone feel itchy and it may lead to Hair fall,. Hair products that contents too much chemicals is not good for the hair,
Then using chemical free Products that suits the hair type and eating balance food, avoiding heat styling will help mention a healthy hair care.
