Easy and also high protein menu 🍽

Hello everyone. Today I am sharing with you my favorite and rich-protein chicken sautéed basmati rice recipe.

Ingredients

200g chicken breast
1 white onion, diced
red pepper flakes
salt
cummin
(I put these ingredients according to my own taste.)

First I chopped the chickens. and then I put the spices and onions. And I put it in the fridge to rest.

Then I prepared 100 grams of basmati rice.

And first I put the chicken in the pan. Then put the rice in the pot.

I added a little bit of butter for flavor. I also added half a glass of water to make it easier to cook. I have cooked for 20 minutes on low heat on the stove. And our chicken is ready. I also added the butter for rice and added currants. In the same way, I cooked rice in 12 minutes on low heat. And the rice is ready too.

Chicken and rice are the menu I eat almost every day. It's a quick and delicious meal. A suitable menu for sports and dieters. I hope you will like it.
