Greetings steemians. I want to thank the steemit team for the privilege to participate in this steemit end of year nominations awards. It’s been a remarkable year and many have contributed their best to the community and deserves all the recognition and awards. Below are my nominees.
Best teacher

For the best teacher am nominating @anailuj1992. Am nominating her as the best teacher because of the aspect of the learning challenge she brought up. Children are a very integral part of our lives and their place cannot be over emphasized. During the season 21 of the learning challenge, she gave teaching and excercises that made a place for children and also integrated them into our lives.
It was a time of bonding, experimenting and great learning. I participated in the lessons and even though I don’t have my own child yet, it was an avenue for me to reach out to my small nieces and partook in those learning challenges it has created a bond that would be remembered for long all because of her ingenuity to being on board such dynamics into the learning challenge season.
She treated unique topics. It’s not just about being a teacher, what you bring on board goes a long way to make all the difference and that was what she did.
A close look at this topics would reveal something that was consciously drafted to impact and build intimacy and trust with children and family. Am sure that the people who participated in the learning challenges would attest to the impact it had on their family and probably the children whom they had these great moments with.
Her style of assessment it also very unique as she takes each task one after the other and tells you the area you did well and the area that needs improvement and what is expected to get the desired improvement which makes her overall an outstanding teacher and deserves the award.
Best learner

The steemit learning challenge has been a roller coaster of experience for me as I would be nominating myself @alexanderpeace as the best learner.
I sat down hours on ending as I engaged in one challenge to the other from week to week learning and unlearning.
From season 20 when the learning challenges started till this week of season 22, I have participated in 53 learning courses across different fields and topics taught. The branches of the courses I participated in includes;
- Haematology
- Business
- Graphic designing
- Programming
- Gastronomy
- Agriculture
- Teaching
- First aid and first response
- Children
- Baking
- Makeup
- Sewing
- Herbal medicine
- Entrepreneurship
- Pastry chef
- Cartography
- Fitness and
- Physical therapy intervention.
Out of the 53 courses I participated in I had good grades from the first challenge to the 53rd as follows; 9, 9.4, 9, 9.5, 9.5, 8.5, 9, 9, 9.6, 8.8, 9, 6.5, 9.6, 9.7, 9.6, 8.5, 6.6, 8.9, 7, 8.5, 8.7, 8.1, 8.9, 9, 8, 7.5, 9.7, 10, 9.8, 9, 8.6, 7, 8, 10, 9 , 10, 8.5, 8.8, 9.5, 7.8, 9.3, 5.25, 10, 9.1, 9, 8, 9.3, 9, 9.5, 8.2, 7, 8.5 and 9.5. These can be confirmed from my page.
I put it time and effort and many hours of studying and research into these learning season. I was selected as top qualifier for some of the courses, was given a certificate as one of the best students for hematology course. I will still continue as we proceed because it’s been an avenue for me to learn and grow. With the level of dedication and diligence I put into the learning challenge seasons so far, I think I deserve a little pat on the back.
Best contest maker

Contest are a great part of the steemit ecosystem and am a huge fan of contests. I’ve participated in them across communities and I would nominate @m-fdo as best contest maker. She’s a dedicated and an outstanding steemian and I must say that she’s very talented too especially in the area of art and craft.
Serving as moderator across communities she hold interesting weekly contests such as;
- weekly diary game contest in steem kids
- Your favourite outfit this week in steem fashion and style
- Photo of the week contest in steem ladies and
- Drawing contests in steem Indonesia.
These are weekly contests and she’s very consistent with publishing her results and her duties as a moderator. Her contests are inspiring and her efforts are commendable.
Best all rounder

There are some steemians I come across their contents and dedication the platform and you see how unique they are and how they stand out in what they do. I would nominate @bossj23 as the best all rounder. Presently in club5050 and is an ardent supporter of steemit projects and has versatilities in his participation from making unique contents to engaging in contests to hosting contents and I wouldn’t fail to mention his keen participation in the learning challenges.
He celebrated his first dolphin last year and I must say it’s remarkable that in a space of another year, he has achieved three more dolphins, that very commendable and a show of his dedication and hardwork in the Steem ecosystem. He’s an ardent promoter of steemit and has successfully registered over thirty steemians in the last year and mentored them. He has 76 reputation and currently has 20,896.271 steem power. A visit to his blog would be a witness to the fact that he is deserving of this award.

You just made me cry this morning. I don't know but you made a striking point that made me remember the year that was tough for me on steemit. it's the same reason why I named myself bossj23, the 23 reflected 2023. Even though it was a trying period for me, it was the best year of my life because I got to achieve a lot of things and it was a year I bought my a device for myself. I struggled hard that year to be responsible and steemit helped me achieve that. My peers won't believe I'm still on steemit and would still be 2025 with all the discouragements. I then planned on how to be better than 2023 in 2024. That's when the three dolphins come in. I appreciate the fact that you're observant. You were my greatest motivation in creativity and from you, I look it to the next level as being creative on steemit is the reason why I look beyond the support I get on steemit and rather look into what I can offer and how helpful my content can be. The promotional activities, mentorship, creativity, supporting other people through comments and the likes are evident in your nomination. Thanks for acknowledging all I've done on this platform other than just create contents. I wish myself and every other nominees you mentioned best of luck. They deserve the position you gave them including yourself as best learner. It was a motivation to me seeing you win most teaching challenge. I do wish you're recognised for this.
