Good day my dear steemians today i will love to write on this challenge created by @ngoenyi. Exercise is really good for our body, it makes us physically fit. Some people do not like doing exercises because of one thing or the order, or because the think that there is stress in this exercise we are doing. Well some exercise carry stress but can be helpful in the order way, but that doesn't mean we should not do exercise. Infact some people have not even done exercise before not to even talk about trying it.

Exercise is really good in the body. Exercise is responsible for physical fitness of the body, it makes you feel free from pains in a the body, it also makes the bones in every part of the body to be relaxed. When you are doing exercises you are not to eat any heavy food that will make you to feel lazy.

@ngoenyi posted different types of exercise for us to choose so i will love to do the following, below is the video clips of the exercise.

But before I did the exercise, I prepare my self for a warm up, this actually shows i am ready for the exercise, so watch out below;

Walking lunges☝️

This part of exercise is simple, and not really that hard as you will think, this part of exercise really helps alot both in the strengthening of the leg bones and also makes the bones to be strong.

Sumo squat ☝️

This part of exercise is just as if you are sitting on the air this part of exercise means two things which are; the development is of the buttocks, hips ,and also strengthening of the leg bones.


Jump squats and side lunges☝️

Simple, just jump up land with your toes, while landing with your toes make sure you level down as if you want to sit on the air.

In conclusion exercise is really good for the body no matter what or any circumstances. I love exercise
