    Are you one of the people who gets angry easily?

Getting angry is supposed to be okay, and we are not sure about your actions when you are angry. I get to say that I don't get angry very easily. I came to learn some aspects of life that led me to get some time. Understanding human behavior is something to bear in mind, and try not to overwork yourself. If you cultivate a habit of going angry, then you might never have happy moments on earth.


    What situations make you lose your calm and get in a bad mood?

Repetition of the same act will make me lose my calm and eventually get into a bad mood. it is okay for others to do what you like. It is not intentional, because they don't know your likes and dislikes. Again, humans are wired differently and have different approaches to handling situations. This must not always work your way and is more reason why you have to get angry easily.

    Tell us the last reason that made you angry.

Unfortunately, something I have repeated to those got to me via WhatsApp. I sometimes share my WhatsApp status. How to get to someone professionally. We are busy in our different angles and more reasons to act professionally when texting someone.

Then you are expecting the person on the other side to respond to you before you start laying your complaint. Personally, this gets me angry immediately from someone I have talked to. As for others, I will not respond, until you complete while you reach out to me. That was this morning from a student at the University of Bamenda, who I have explained timeless time. Whenever you have a problem, explain it to me and I will look at it. Stop waiting for me to respond to your greetings.

    Do you think getting angry is a bad or a negative thing?

Getting angry is natural, and understandable. I can only fear the reactions when you're angry. Meanwhile getting angry can help you reflect and retreat from some actions. Angry moments have been one of the moments I have a lot of thoughts in my head. The only problem might be these thoughts might not be constructive and are confusing to make sense of. If you can calm down during angry moments, there are high chances of getting positive results. Humans are tempted to take hesitant actions during angry moments, which have turned out to have negative impacts on the situation.
