Morning And Afternoon Activities

So I woke up this early morning feeling exhausted and weak due to the sleepless night I had. I was up trying to complete a write and post before going to bed and this took a lot of time. Because of that, I wasn't able to get up early to prepare for work; I got up at around 7:a.m while I was having work at 8:a.m, I already knew I'd be late for work, but at least if I hurried up, I wouldn't be too late, and I would be able to do some things before going to work.

Without wasting much time, I quickly decided to do some laundry before going; then I engaged in my morning routine. Before I could finish with everything it was already 7:45a.m, so I rushed to work, walking and running in order not to get punished for being late.

I arrived at my workshop at 8:10 a.m., and my boss wasn't there; I was now calm, knowing that I wouldn't be punished anymore. But I also hurried to clean up the shop and arrange everything accordingly in case my boss came so it looked like I had come earlier. As I had just finished cleaning the workshop, a customer came in and asked for shaving, which I did diligently.

I was still in the shop at 9:a.m, but my boss didn't come, and there was no customer; it was at around 10a.m that my boss came, maybe he knew there wouldn't be enough customers, that's why he came at that time.

Our generator was having a little issue, so I was waiting for my boss to arrive before taking the generator to repair, but since he came late, I was feeling hungry at this point. So I decided to buy some food in the nearby restaurant and eat before going to repair the generator since there was a rechargeable clipper to use in case we had a customer.

After I was done with my food, I then took the generator to the mechanic's workshop to repair it. I arrived at the workshop, but the mechanic wasn't there, so I had to call him to come over. I spent about three hours before the mechanic was able to fix the generator since he was also busy with other customers when they came.

However, as I was still waiting for the mechanic to finish fixing the generator, I received a call from my boss, insisting that I should hurry and bring back the generator because the rechargeable clipper he was using had gone off. On hearing this immediately, the mechanic was done with the generator, so I decided to take a ride so I could quickly get the generator back to our workshop.

Moreover, since the rechargeable clipper was down, some customers had to wait till I brought back the generator. One by one, the number of customers demanding service started getting higher, so there was a lot of work for us to do as I came back with the generator. Here are snaps of some of them.

EVENING ACTIVITIES

We finally finished serving the last of our customers, and to my surprise, it was already past 3:00 p.m. I was hungry again, and there weren't any customers to attend to, so I went down to my mom's restaurant to have my lunch. After eating, I returned to the shop, but the combination of a stressful afternoon and a full stomach soon caught up with me, and I dozed off into a quick nap.

As the day drew to a close, we attended to a few more customers, wrapping up our tasks one by one until dusk. It was past 8p.m and I had to go home, bringing an end to a demanding but productive day. Although the day was a stressful one, I thank God for giving me the strength to cope, and I also wish for busy days ahead because the busier the day, the richer you get.
