I am very scared to think how badly anxiety affects our brain. The cells of our brain start getting dehydrated and deoxygenated. We start feeling as if we are in some physical pain and some people take very wrong paths in anxiety like alcohol and smoking whereas instead of this we should correct our habits and meet good people.

We must avoid these catastrophic thoughts, certainly anxiety and its effects cause damage to our brain and body, but for that we have to work on it and try to avoid it. When those thoughts come, activate yourself with something that distracts you.

That's right, friend. These tips have worked very well for me, whenever I find myself in a situation that generates anxiety, I try to distract my mind with all these little things.
