Throughout our lives, we enjoy a variety of activities such as traveling, cooking, listening to music, and shooting photographs. These many acts maintain us in a good mood, although this varies from person to person. One of my favorite pleasures is watching the rain. I enjoy the sight and sound of raindrops falling from the sky. It is a simple joy that provides me with much peace and happiness.
When the rain starts, I settle in a comfortable spot near the window. Sipping a cup of hot coffee, I observe the way the rain paints the environment outside. The trees' leaves shine with freshness, and the roads appear to be watering. The wind blowing makes my body cold, and the trees wave as if calling me outside. When it rains, everything around me seems cleaner and brighter. I occasionally close my eyes and listen to the soothing sounds of the rain. I can hear the rhythmic sounds of rain on the roof and ground, like nature's symphony. It has a soothing effect, much like the melody of a lovely song. Oh! What a lovely sound: it drowns out the noise of everyday life.

While watching the rain, I recall my early days spent playing in the sand and water. We dived into the mud and yelled aloud. When our mother discovered us, we were punished. When I recall my carefree young age, my face lights up with a gentle grin. Even today, I want to go outside and feel the cool rain on my cheeks. It is a beautiful, refreshing experience. I sometimes go out and capture lovely scenes with my camera .

It brings me great delight to read a good book sitting near my window while listening to the soothing sounds of water falling. The cozy sense of rain provides an excellent backdrop for me to get lost in a novel.
I love to taste a bowl of hot soup or a warm bread slice while staring out of the window. These simple comforts make rainy days even more pleasant. Rainy days may be unpleasant for others, but they offer me a lot of pleasure and peace. Then how can I deny that watching rain is a pleasure for me?
