This is my participation in a contest Cheese lovers organized in Latino Community by @cotina.
🧀 What is your favorite cheese and its current cost? |

Cheese is a dairy product that is made from milk. It making procedure is very simple, we produced it by coagulating or curdling milk, then separate the whey from it, and then at Last stage letting the curdled milk solidify. When it get solidified, our final product get ready.
My favorite cheese is the one we get from yougard. We call it Kwach in our local language. This is the most sweetest type of cheese. We take yougard in a special pot, specially design for this it. Ten add a little watering and then we are shaking it. A two products come as a result of it, Lessi and Kwach.
This Kwach we can use in various things. It's too much favorite of mine in breakfast.Too much tasty plus very good for health this product is. If you put it on bread and eat it in breakfast, you will never forget it taste.
The pure one kg Kwach you will buy here with the cost of 2700 Pkr, which is something 39 STEEMs.

We have too many types of cheese here in my country. It's an agricultural country, mostly people have livestocks at their home. So from the milk of their animals they make cheese. ***The most common one is, which is the most favorite of mine too is Kwach. Too many people make it from yougard and they then use it for various purposes.
The most common use of it is in bakeries or people eat it simply in breakfast. If you apply it to Desi rotie and then eat it with tea it's too much delicious. This thing is more common in country life, where you have a farm or too many castle. You can enjoy these things there. My grandma has two cows and whenever I go to her house she has some Kwach store for me. She knows I like it too much.

Being a Muslim I can't even think of touching touching alcoholic drinks like wines, or beers. This phrase "the world is better with cheese and a glass of wine is not for us Muslims. Wine is Haram for us and even touching it is prohibited for us.
Wine is Haram for us because of these various reasons. You lose conscious after drinking it. Too many side effects, like heart problem, kidneys and liver diseases. It effects you psychologically too.

Hola @shahid2030, que bueno en su país está prohibido el vino, bueno todo tiene sus ventajas y desventajas, como lo mencionó, tomar vino causa daño al organismo, pero si lo tomamos moderadamente, no hace daño. Es muy bueno que en su zona, es agrícola y tienen vacas, para elaborar el queso. Muy bueno tu contenido.
