Today I am going to take the first interview of my life. I have never had anyone's interview before. I don't know properly how to arrange an important event like an interview. Anyway, I am trying to interview one of my steemian friends.

The person whom I am going to interview today is Azit Chandra Dash and his username is @Azit1980. He is not very old in Steemit. But he has ideas about online freelancing. Another feature of him is that we work in the same office. Today I have chosen him for my interview. Then starting his interview.

@shahid76: -What inspired you the most about working on Steemit?
@Azit1980: -After hearing the name of Steemit, I searched for it. I got positive reports from everywhere. The
trustworthiness of this platform inspired me more. Two other people I know work here. I also heard
many positive things about this platform. Then I decide to work on this platform.
@shahid76: -What are your thoughts on Steemit?
@Azit1980: -I have understood in these few days that it is a transparent platform. I have seen on Steem for Bangladesh Discord, they are very helpful.
@shahid76: -How did you spend your time before you started working on Steemit?
@Azit1980: -Before I started working on Steemit, I used to spend this time using Facebook and chatting with friends.
@shahid76: -What are your feelings after starting work on Steemit?
@Azit1980: -It seems like a new world to me. I have found a lot of creative friends here. I have had the opportunity to express my own creative spirit, and the opportunity to benefit financially has also arisen.

@shahid76: -What do you expect Steemit to be?
@Azit1980: -I am a new joiner in Steemit. I want to establish myself here. I want to establish good relationships with new friends. I wish all senior friends in Steemit for cooperation.
@shahid76: -What are your plans to qualify yourself on Steemit?
@Azit1980: -I am still new to this platform. I am constantly learning the rules here. I know if I give myself enough time, and express my creativity properly then I have a chance to succeed. So, I have selected a certain time every day, I read my senior friends' articles every day, comment on their articles, and upvote their articles. I participate in Discord and follow their valuable opinions. I believe if I follow the plan, I will be successful.

I have several steemian friends who have a lot of experience. But I wanted a new one who just joined here. My experience says that a new user is really excited to work here and also has many mistakes like a child. That's why I have selected the new user.
Lucky for me I got it in my office. Ajit1980 just joined Steemit. And I chose him for my interview.

In my opinion, the key to success in Steemit is to engage with other users. Each user has a different opinion. I can gain a lot of knowledge if I engage with many users. At the same time, I will get their support, I will get their help. This is how I will see the face of success in Steemit.
