One sunny morning, several friends and I decided to visit my father-in-law's garden. This garden is not only a fertile place, but also holds sweet memories and calming views. This time we have a special plan, take young coconuts directly from the tree and enjoy them in the garden.

This garden is located on the edge of rice fields, surrounded by green trees and fresh air which makes the atmosphere more comfortable. The slightly tall coconut tree with its fruit hanging low among the wide leaves looks tempting. Every coconut tree in this garden is planted with great care and today is the right time to harvest young coconuts.

We started by preparing the necessary equipment, such as machetes and others, after making sure all the equipment was ready, we started this little adventure. One of my friends immediately took a young coconut, while the rest of us waited under the coconut tree and we took the ones that had been picked. The process of picking young coconuts is not as easy as imagined. We have to be careful not to damage the fruit and maintain safety when we cut young coconuts that are still on the stem. After several trials, we finally managed to get some fresh young coconuts.

After we collected all the young coconuts, we sat under the coconut tree, breaking the coconuts. The sound of gurgling fresh coconut water made us even more impatient to enjoy the contents. With a simple coconut breaker tool, we started to open the coconut and poured the water directly into our mouths, the fresh aroma of young coconut water was very appetizing. While enjoying coconut water, we also checked the coconut meat inside. The chewy and soft texture of young coconut meat is very pleasant. We shared stories and laughed with each other, while we enjoyed the remaining coconut meat that we didn't finish eating in a relaxed manner. It feels really refreshing and comforting, much more special than enjoying it at the beach or other places.

This experience is not only about enjoying young coconuts, but also about togetherness and the natural beauty around us. Spending time in my father-in-law's garden, sharing simple moments with friends and enjoying fresh produce is something very rewarding. This was an unforgettable experience, which made us feel closer to nature and each other.
