Travel | Went to 'kacchi vai' outlet in kushtia

Friends, Kachchi Bhai is basically a popular restaurant in Bangladesh where different types of biryani are available. Kachchi is a part of a variety of biryani. This menu is very popular in our Bangladesh. In our country, Kachi Bhai has given outlets in major district cities.Very recently they have given us an outlet in Kushtia town as well, which is a base delight for Kachchi lovers.

Kachchi Bhai location, a little ahead of Bog Chattar area of ​​Kushtia city, just after Banful Bakery.Personally I always like to travel, so I thought of visiting their new outlet.I went in the afternoon. There was some work going on in the ground floor below their restaurant so I used the back stairs to go up.Compared to other outlets of Kachchi Bhai, it is relatively small in size, but they have presented it very nicely in the decoration.

Entering the restaurant through the stairs, I saw their cash counter in the left corner. They tried to keep a pretty good decoration, but one thing is that their payment system was only hand cash. There was no digital payment or card payment option.I think they should upgrade this system a bit more because many people are now comfortable with digital payment option due to various reasons.

However, from the cash counter, I tried to visit all the corners of the restaurant. In the decoration, they tried to keep the same symbols of each outlet. Some decorations are growing through the traditional Bengali kacchi. But most of the seating positions are for family packages.

Where you can enjoy food together with family, even many friends at one table. However, I was surprised to see few seating positions for single people like me.I noticed one thing when I went in the afternoon, the restaurant was not crowded. I saw only a few groups. A waiter said that many people come after evening.

However, after going around all the corners, I found a single seat corner. I was very impressed with the graffiti design there. Where they presented the chef. The presentation of the chef as the processor of cooking is quite appreciative.I then proceeded to choose the food of my choice from the menu card.

Almost all kacchi items were on the menu and they were available in mutton or beef single and family package system. Although I didn't get a chance to try kacchi because of illness I am off mutton and beef for now. This is why I have to try chicken.This is something I miss because chicken pols are always eaten. Normally authentic kacchi is not available and even comes to eat kacchi.However I also ordered a single package chicken pollao, which had one chicken, one jali kabab, one glass of borhani, and rice & salad.

However the waiter served me the food very nicely. The meal package had a good amount of rice which was not possible for me to finish. The quality of the food was very good, the jali kabab was very special, and the borhani was very good.My total price of this package was 370 taka which is about 13-14 steem worth. Anyway after eating I paid the fixed price at the cash counter.

Friends, after that, fresh from the washroom, I left their outlet. It was a great experience visiting Kacchi Bhai outlet.Today,i can't write anymore here.Everyone stay happy.
