Friends Hope everyone is having a great time, today I will share with you a travel blog that I visited Dhaka last 31st October, so let's start.
Friends, my village home, Meherpur, is about 250 kilometers away from Dhaka from my area. Because of this I have to make a long journey of 5-6 hours. We started from local area after 8 pm on 30th by Super Sony Paribahan, my younger aunt and her two children were with me.I enjoy the night journey a lot as the road is less congested than during the day.
So, on the way, our bus halted for about 15-20 minutes in the middle of Sirajganj. We got down at a highway hotel, where we noticed in advance that many buses on this route are halted here. Anyway, we freshened up at the hotel and had a light breakfast.I don't think the hotels along the highway are very safe, in fact, there are various types of people who fall for traps in these places. I was with a Hutu family, so I was quite careful.
However, after completing the journey, our bus resumed its journey. Fortunately, there was no traffic jam on the road that day. For this reason, we reached the Yamuna Future Park area of Dhaka around 4 o'clock in the evening.
Our destination was Jamalpur Twin Tower Visa Center in Notun Bazaar area, we had to go there at 9 am. For this reason, we had breakfast in a small restaurant near Bhatara area. And because we had 2-3 hours, we thought to rest here for a while. After eating at Magpie Restaurant, we spent some time sitting. Galib and Munya were with us and they were having fun.
Anyway after 8.30am we left the restaurant and took a rickshaw to our destination. From there the Notun Bazar area was only 1-1/2 km away.
However, we finally reached our destination, where we saw a lot of people waiting to provide the necessary fingers for their visa processing. Our scheduled time was 9:45. I prepared the necessary documents and sent Khala and Ghalib Munia to the visa center. Basically they were doing the visa processing.
And no extra people are allowed to enter here for security reasons. That's why I waited outside. While sitting there, I got to know some people who came here for visa processing work from different parts of the country, had a lot of chat with them over tea. After about 30-40 minutes, I saw my family come out of the visa center after finishing the processing.
Anyway we left the visa center around 11am and took a rickshaw to have lunch at a local restaurant. Our work for the day was almost over, so I bought a bus ticket of SB Paribahan online to return home. I saw the time of leaving our bus at 1:30.So then from Basundhara area we took a CNG to the bus counter in Kalyanpur area to return home.
Friends, after that we returned home by bus at night, this is how I complete my journey, I hope you enjoyed reading my travel blog, thank you all.
Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful blog with all of us, along with all of your wonderful photography.
