TS Contest | My experience as a traveller

What can you say about your life as a traveller, do you enjoy travelling or not.

I really enjoy traveling. To me, I see Traveling as another education. Over the years during my various trips, I have got to meet people from different walks of life, have conversations with them and really learnt alot, I have also gotten to eat and taste so many amazing delicacies and drinks during my Travel experience.Traveling has also availed me the opportunity of learning about other people's Culture and way of life. It also helps me to unwind, enjoy and relax. I love everything about traveling.

Write about 2 or 3 places that you have travelled to recently, I mean your overall experience during those trips.

Well, I have been to Akwaibom State, infact I'm still living there. National Youth Service Corps program brought me there. I love everything about the state, their roads, delicacies and places of entertainment is top-notch. Another State in my Country that I have recently been to is Abakaliki in Ebonyi state. I really love the serenity of that place. They have good roads, hotels and the recently built shopping mall there is a wonderful sight to behold.

I totally agree with the statement that travelling exposes us to new adventures. Traveling gives us following advantages.

• New Environment
  Traveling gives us the opportunity of going to a new place which helps us to explore new adventures.

• Culture
  It also gives us the opportunity to meet different people from different cultural backgrounds and learn things about their Culture.

• Meeting new people
  It is also an opportunity for meeting and connecting with new individuals.

• Trying new things
  Traveling also gives us the opportunity for trying and learning new activities like hiking, drumming, swimming, diving etc.

Tell us the one place that you would love to spend the Easter holiday or a place that you want to travel to before the end of the year.

I would really love to spend my Easter holiday at the Lekki Conversation Centre in Lekki, that will give me the opportunity of visiting the longest Canopy Walk in Africa. I have heard so many beautiful things about the place and as someone who loves spending time in nature, going there will be quite rejuvenating for me.
