Thank you brother @bonaventure24 for organizing such a beautiful event

Tell us about the best festival celebrated in your country

Some of the best festivals celebrated in our country are given below

There are 2 aspects to the festival. First is religion and second is the historical festival

People of 4 religions live in Bangladesh and their religious festivals are held

  • Muslim festivals: Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Azha, Shabbat Barat, Laila tul Qadr.

  • Hindu Festivals: Various festivals including Durga Puja, Kali Puja, Saraswati Puja, Lakshmi Puja.

  • Festivals of Buddhism: Buddha Purnima, Asadhi Purnima, Madhu Purnima, Prabarana Purnima, Falguni Purnima.

  • Christian festivals: Birthday of Jesus Christ, Holy Week, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Sunday.

Historical Festival: Kite Festival, Pahela Boishakh, International Mother Language Day, Victory Day

Do you enjoy this festival or not? Tell us the reason for your answer

As I am a Muslim, I observe all my religious festivals. Because these religious festivals are the best festivals of our religion. I always celebrate this festival with joy

Between Pahela Boishakh and the kite festival, I always celebrate the kite festival Because I have loved to fly a kite since childhood. Flying this kite gives me so much joy. I don't celebrate Pahela Boishakh that way

On the other hand, we always observe Victory Day and Mother Language Day. It is because of winning this battle that I can speak my mother tongue today

Today we can move freely. I can build my country as a state only to gain independence. So we celebrate Victory Day

Have you ever witnessed tuis festival? If yes tell us about any memory related to it. If no. Do you have any plans of witnessing it in the future

*I have never seen a house festival. But I want to participate in the house festival. Festivals are seen in most of the houses in our country in rural Bengal. Especially during the winter, the winter pitha festival is very crowded.

My maternal grandmother's house is in Shariatpur village, so I will go to my maternal grandmother's house this winter and celebrate the winter pitha festival. I have heard that many types of pitha are prepared in the winter pitha festival. And hot pitha is very fun to eat during winter. All in all, this winter I will go to the village and celebrate the house festival

I would like to invite my friends @jannat12 @steem-for-future and @mona01 to take part in the contest.

Best Regards, @sojib1996
