My journey to meet Mr. H. Umar & Mr. Azhari Cage

How are you all, I hope you are healthy and have easy sustenance, amen, a meeting with the newly elected legislative members and representatives who were recently inaugurated in my area and we who are nurses are demanding the promise that was once said when they campaigned before the election day arrived and now he has officially become a member of the DPR legislature, he welcomed us with great respect and invited us to meet in an open place attended by representatives of each health center in the North Aceh government work area

He set a time on a work holiday so that we could also take a vacation and choose a location at a coastal tourist spot so that the atmosphere is more harmonious and cool so that positive ideas will emerge that can bring about changes in policy, a very wise leader and has many ideas that can solve problems so that he is very worthy of being a leader

At ten in the morning we had gathered at a coastal tourist spot in our area, namely Bantayan beach tourism, before arriving we had also set a place and location for the meeting and shared the location on Google Maps so that it was easy for us looking for the address and at the gathering point we gathered and gathered together while waiting for other members who had not arrived

Then we held a meeting casually and freely expressed our aspirations while joking but remained serious in the agenda of discussing the fate of health workers who were still on contract and volunteer status and we upheld the ethics of politeness

This meeting lasted a very long time, namely until the afternoon, just think of it as a vacation while looking at the beautiful sea view, we were also served with food and drinks while chatting

From the results of our discussions and meetings with the leaders, Mr. H.umar as the DPR and Mr. Azhari Cage as the Deputy Regent of North Aceh

4. 1,2,3 years of work are in accordance with the policies of each health center.
5. If an invitation from the office is required to attend 5 people.

Thus, this is all the result of all agreements.

In the evening, representatives from us nurses met Mr. Amir as the head of the North Aceh Health Service to discuss the results of our meeting today

Hopefully in the future there will be improvements and government attention to health workers, that health workers are needed.
