Today i am going to make a very delicious recipe which is chick peas pulao. I am going participate in this community first time. I hope you all would like my simple and tasty recipe.
Lets start this recipe

Onion | 2 large size | |
Tomatoes | 2 | |
Chicken cube | 1 | |
Cumin | 1 tbsp | |
Green chili | 2 to 3 | |
Boiled chick peas | 1 cup | |
Rice | 250 g | |
Oil | 100 g |
How to cook
- Take a cooking pan. Add 100 of oil in it and warm it for one minute.
- When the oil become hot add choped onion in the pan.
- When onion gets dark brown then add green chili, tomatoes, salt, cumin, and chicken knorr then fry it for 5 minutes.
- Then after it becomes like gravy texture then add chick peas in it and fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Then put water in it double than the quantity of rice.
- Then wait for the water to boil.
- When water is boiled added rice into it.
- When water is almost dried in the rice then keep it on low flame and covered it for 10 to 15 minutes.
Then check the rice and off the flame of stoke.
- Pulao is ready hope you enjoyed it.

- Nutrients present in it provide immunity from a many health issues.
- Chickpeas is a brilliant replacement of meat or mutton.
- Chick peas helps in digestion and improve digestion.
