A.O.A to all dear stemians!Hope so you are fine and doing well with the grace of Allah Almaighty.This is my 2nd contest in this community which i participated.Hope so you are all like my this contest.
Today contest is about food competition.so i participated in this.My food name which i prepared today is mutton Rice.

Ingredients:

• Onion
• Tomato
• Garlic
• Ginger
• Green chilies
• Red chilies
• boiled mutton
• Oil
• Salt
• Biryani masala
• black paper
• Cube knorr
• Dried coriander
• Hot spices
• Rice

Prepration:

1-First take ghee then put onion in it and put it to brown.

2-When the onion is brown then we put mutton in it and fry it for a while then add ginger sister paste in it and add red chilli with green chilli, dry coriander, hot spices and black pepper.

3-When everything is put in, then we will add biryani spices in it and fry it with kanwar and now we will add some amount of water in it.

4-When I put water in it, then it for a while the lid put on it.When it started to boil, I put rice in it.

5-when i put the rice in it, shake it for a while until the water in the rice dries.

6- Now the rice are ready for dam.I put the rice for dam about 20 minutes.After 20 minutes when i opened the dam.Then the rice was ready to eat.

Now the rice are ready.The taste of these rice is very tasty and yummy.
