steem activity club new contest: my experience on steemit by @ninapenda

Smile has never ceased my face ever since I joined steemit. It's been awesome, it's been amazing. So far so good with steemit.

I am so delighted to be participating in this contest. Sharing my experiences will so encourage other steemians who are not active to become active again.

HOW I GOT TO KNOW STEEMIT
It all started in the year 2020(July), when a friend @focusnow told me that there is this platform he wants to introduce to me called "Steemit". He said all I need to do is write, post, and earn. Though I doubted him at the earliest stage. He never stopped telling me about steemit, it got to a point that I had to give in. I decided to join and know what this is all about. He saw me through signing up, generation of my keys, and also my introduction post. Since then till now, @focusnow has been very helpful.

MY EXPERIENCES
Experience is the best teacher!
When I joined steemit, I was having a cellphone issues, my cellphone was too poor that it left me frustrating. I decided I was gonna quit steemit.
But with the help of my mentors , @focusnow @samuel20 @ngoenyi , they kept calling to know what the problem was. The calling became much that I decided to continue with steemit.

Steemit has helped to improve my social lifestyle. Steemit gave me an avenue of having new family.

I learn everyday on steemit, and I will never stop learning.

"If I can quit my job for steemit,,,,, then steemit is worth time spending."

I always talk to people about steemit, I advertise on social media platforms, I advertise on radio stations. I also have hand bills, I share to people I meet each day.

I will continue to do what I have to do for steemit because, steemit has left nothing but smile on my face.
