- Hello everyone, our guest came today and we made Turkish coffee.
-Today I will tell you how to make Turkish coffee;
-I made the preliminary preparation of cooking Turkish coffee by adding coffee to the coffee pot first, then sugar if you want, and following the water order.
I put 2 teaspoons of Coffee for each cup in the coffee pot.
-Then put 1 Turkish coffee cup of cold drinking water for each cup.
-Stir the coffee (and sugar if you have added it) with the water so that it is thoroughly wetted and dissolved.
-Watch the coffee pot approach the boiling point on low heat until foam forms on it.
-Before it starts to boil, take it from low heat and share the coffee foam that rises on the upper layer equally into the cups.
-Boil the remaining coffee in the coffee pot one more time and then distribute it to the cups.
-Our coffee is ready! We also put our water with it, but it is not without treats. In our tradition, a treat is always included with the coffee.
