In the days of staying at home due to travel restrictions, I remember my visit to the Bethuadahari Wildlife Sanctuary. We visited there on July 2017.

The nearest railway station to Bethuadahari Wildlife Sanctuary is Bethuadahari. We board Hazarduari Express from Kolkata railway station at 7am and reached Bethuadahari station at 10am. From the station, we have hired an e-rickshaw to reach to the Wildlife Sanctuary.
There are two cottages inside the Wildlife Sanctuary. We had a pre-booking in the cottages. We checked-in in the cottage.
By the time we get freshen-up, the caretaker brought our food. Post lunch, we started to explore the Wildlife Sanctuary.
We followed the pre-defined tail to move inside the Sanctuary. Moving out of the trail is strictly prohibited for the safety of both the tourist and the animals.
Slowly the day turns to dusk. The night is filled with the sound of forest. I will always remember that night.
The next morning, we wake up early and went for another round of walk inside the Sanctuary. We were lucky enough to spot a deer.
Then we came back at our cottages, completed our breakfast and checked-out from the cottages. We reached the station and came back to Kolkata with a good memory.
