Hello friends, how are you all? I am also fine, Alhamdulillah. First of all, thanks to @Tahispadron for organizing this beautiful creative contest. I really love to participate in this contest, Tasty/RV-tasty Start of the dynamic!. Today I have brought a unique recipe for the cooking contest. Today I will share the recipe for making Murighant with a big fish head and gourd. So let's start without further ado.

Step1
To make Murighant, I took a medium-sized gourd. I cleaned and washed the gourd and then cut it into cubes. I cleaned and washed a big fish head thoroughly. The big fish head must be washed thoroughly otherwise a lot of dirt remains. For this, I cut off the ear part of the fish so that the fish head could be cleaned and washed.

I took a small amount of spices on a small plate. I took all the spices that I would need to cook the mutton together on a plate. Then I put a pan on the stove and added a little oil. When the delta was hot, I put the spices that I had prepared in advance in it. I stirred the spices well and ground them. When the spices were ground well, I added a little water to it.
Step3
Then I put the chopped gourd in the pan. I put the big fish head on the gourd. Then I stirred it a little and covered it with a lid. I put the stove on medium flame.
Step4
When the fish head was well cooked, I removed the lid and stirred it. Friends, you can see that the fish head has been cooked and mixed with the gourd. I stirred the whole gourd well with a spoon. The fish head was completely cooked and broken. I stirred the fish head with the gourd and mixed it well.
Step5
When the gourd was completely cooked, I added chopped coriander leaves on top. After a while, I removed the pan from the stove and set it aside. This is how a very tasty Murighant was made.
Step6
When it was cooked, I took the Murighant curry in a bowl. Then I took a few pictures. I took a selfie with my cooking recipe in my hand. Friends, you must have liked the recipe I made. It is very easy to cook and very delicious to eat. Moreover, cooking this curry with fresh gourd makes it even tastier. Cooking with a big fish head allows you to remove the pieces while eating. This does not cause much difficulty. Anyway, I wish everyone good health today and I am ending my post here.
