A Few Words For//... My mother. Happy mother's day 💐

In our street there's was an argument between a mother and her son, what I mean is that it's was a serious argument resulting jn cursing. Imagine how the son reply his mother in such a manner, "someone that carry you for 9 month, gave birth to you, nurse you still when you became adult, no matter what she did, you don't have the right to talk the her like that"... I said those things in my mind.

I have seen people from other country who can talk and do anything insulting to their mothers but don't try it in African mother. We value our mother because of the love and care the show towards us. So today, I want to present to you the best mother of the world, my mother.

Though I have not seen my mother physically for the pass 4 years, the time I had with her, it's was so precious, my mother is a trader, a fish seller, a very supportive woman. Sometimes,. my wishes is to marry someone like her.

Talking about hands work, she buys and sell fish in large quantity, going to market 3 times a week and as she also do farming work. All this was not for her, it's was for me and my siblings, she tried as much as possible to cater for the family basic needs even when things were not too well with my father. She had done different farm work, is it planting water leaf to planting pumpkin seeds? There was a time she started a provision business. Tell me why I should not celebrate this wonderful woman.

I learn to be self control from my mother, self controlled is one of the quality we need today in other to live a satisfying life. if you don't have self control you'll end up fighting everyone and overreacting which might end you in a serious problem. My Mother is so good in controlling her anger in a way that, no matter what you say to her, though she might be angry at the moment, she won't say a word there. As I grow up, I come to realize that what she did is actually a way to avoid fueling a misunderstanding between people, if she react immediately, it might end to another serious incident and she avoided it. A learn that quality from her, no matter how angry I am, I do maintain my control in such a way that I will be quiet untill when am calmed.

I also learn been hardworking from my mum, she had works in several professions in other to take care of the family as a I said earlier, from being a fish seller to farming. This teaches me that in marriage, we should expect one person or one party to take care of the bills simply because he is the breadwinner, a wife can support the family as well. And I promise you all, if you have someone like my mother as a wife, you're or you'll be the best husband ever or will i say, the best husband of the year.

Apart from taking good care of us physically, she also ensure that we are spiritually strong, I remember my mother asking me...have you been attending Christian meeting, hope you're praying? all this is to ensure that am spiritually strong, Living a satisfying life, a good life, a life that pleases our Creator.

All this years that I travel out, I can proudly say that the only person that checks on me most is my mother. So today, I want the wish the one who gave birth to me, the one was nurse and take care of me, the one who show the way fo living a good life, being self-control and being hard working and happy mother day.

And today, with my all the steemian as a witness, I celebrate you personally, may you live to reap the fruit of labour, the good seed you sow in me and i shall continue to celebrate you as the best mother in the world.
