The silent place in the world is Located at the Microsoft's headquarters which is in Redmond, Washington, the room is called as "anechoic" (meaning "without echo") room and the construction of the room took two years to complete.
Finally in 2015, Microsoft constructed and created the most peaceful place on earth inside their office.

How it is constructed?

The anechoic room top is built with a series of vibration-damping springs, the room also called as isolation chamber is surrounded by six layers of concrete and steel, which helps to block out all the sounds from the outside world.

What is the silence level inside?

Inside the room, the measured noise level is negative decibels – approximately, -20.3 dB, which is 20.3 decibels below the normal human hearing level of sound. For example, quiet breathing can be heard at 10decibels and a soft whisper (moaning) can produce upto 30dB in a normal room.

What can you Hear Inside?

After a few minutes staying in the silent chamber, you will start hearing your own heartbeat. When you hear it out a little longer and you can hear your own blood flowing and bones grinding in your body.
With no noise allowed from the outside world, the almost absolute silence gradually manifests into an unbearable sound in your ears.

Like most anechoic chambers in the world, Microsoft's quiet chamber is also used to test electronics and some audio equipment. The tech company uses it to analyze the each and every hums of new headphones, microphones, computing devices and speakers.

How long a human can survive in this chamber?

Microsoft's official tells to CNN news channel that "The longest time anyone has spent continuously in the room is about only 55 minutes." No one survive here more than one hour is the truth.
