Today I am going to share with you a very common fish and vegetable curry. Which is almost every home makes it.
I have taken some fish with which I will cook today's curry. For that, first put a pan on the stove and then put some oil and wait for a while. After the oil is hot, put the fish in the pan to fry the fish.
One part of the fish turns over when fried. After that, fry the other part.
When the fish is fried, then I will fry it like potol fish.
When the potol is lightly fried,
I will add water immediately.
Add fried fish and sprinkle some coriander leaves.
And add salt, turmeric, coriander, cumin, and all spices powder.
After some time the curry will be ready.
Benefits of eating fish:
Our body needs protein. That protein and the type of food that has protein to make up for the deficiency need to be consumed. There is a protein in beef, beef, chicken, cheese, etc. Apart from these, fish contains protein.
Contains omega fatty acids
and vitamins
They are very beneficial for our body and camera.
Benefits of eating vegetables:
Along with fish, vegetables are also very beneficial for our body. We should include some vegetables in our daily menu. The body will be fine.
