I enjoy sharing anything with you. Today I will share with you, something about Bangir Juice. Now the market is full of seasonal fruits. There is a fruit shop in front of our medical college. I love eating fruits since childhood. Especially seasonal fruits. I have been thinking for a few days that I will buy some fruits. But time is on the clock. So I used the holiday. We have become seniors. So it's a very good relationship with everyone, I bring the fruit of my choice and play it myself and give it to everyone.

Baisakhe-Jaishtha two months of summer. During this time, various kinds of juicy fruits are available in Bangladesh. Bangi is one of the delicious fruits.
Size:-
Bangi is a delicious fruit of medium size. However, there are small and large sizes. Although it looks a lot like a (vegetable) misty pumpkin, it is actually a juicy fruit. In many places in Bangladesh, raw bangi is cooked and eaten in different ways. I heard from my room mate that raw bangi with shrimp is very tasty. Of course, I never ate.
Any type of plant:-
Bangi is a creeping plant. This fruit is cultivated on straw in sandy soil. The yield is also good. The grassland areas of our country are suitable land for Bangi cultivation.
The type of soil suitable for Bangi cultivation :-Bangi is generally good in sandy loam soil.
Bungi does well in soil that does not accumulate water.

Bangi in my favorites list:-
Many summer fruits are my favorite. Bangi is one of them. I learned to eat Bangi from my grandfather Moni. It was his favorite fruit. My grandfather's house is in Comilla. Its soil is sandy, which is suitable for farming.
Color of bangi: - The color of bangi is also very beautiful. I have many clothes of this color. I love the color Bangi. I went down this morning to do some shopping. After shopping

I bought a medium size bungi from the fruit shop in front of my hostel. After that I washed the whole bungi well before draining the water. Because it was kept on the ground. Then I cut it into cubes and juiced it in a blender. It was very good to eat after coming out of the sun. Poro The body was refreshed. I cut it into small pieces and sprinkled it with powder and salt and ate it. It tasted amazing and I shared the whole bangita with my room mates. They also enjoyed eating it. Every member of the hostel feels like a family.
Happiness and sadness are not shared by everyone.

Now the weather is quite hot. This fruit helps to fill the water deficit in the body.
Sources of Vitamin A:-
The light yellow colored fruit contains more vitamin A, which helps to fill the deficiency of vitamin A in the body.
What we should do:- We all need to eat more and more seasonal fruits. Whenever fruits are available, they are good for health. Seasonal fruits increase immunity. Keeps body healthy and strong. Fruits and water are more effective in skin care. Everyone will be well, stay healthy, above all, take care of your mind and body. Thank you very much everyone for taking the time and patience to read my post.
Goodbye everyone.
