The Utah Department of transportation is replacing the pavement on I215. Interstate 215 is a belt route around Salt Lake City. It lets people travel from Draper to the Mouth of Parley's canyon while avoiding the traffic of the central valley.
I took the picture from the pedestrian overpass which leads to Churchill Junior High School.
