Updates to DINO bot

For better performances of the DINO(A Discord Notifications Bot for STEEM), I migrated DINO to a new server and added some useful notifications that people are interested to receive.

The new notifications I added:

• Notification for votes received
• Tags watcher
• Whale alerts

Notification for votes received

I hate notifications for too many votes that I'm receiving, so I added a filter to the vote value. You will only receive the vote notification if the vote value is greater than the vote value you set.

Tag Watcher

If you want to be notified for new posts with specific tag, this is the setting you need

Whale Alerts

Alert for whales transfers, so you can react before the STEEM/SBD price movement.

How to subscribe?

1. Join the discord: https://discord.com/invite/UFSdGbN
2. Type: !reg your_steem_id in registration channel, Dino will send you the step to get you registered. (E.g: !reg ericet)

Once you got registered, you can type !set your_steem_id to change the default notification settings. (E.g: !set ericet)

Dino will create you a settings page, and you are free to disable the notification or change the notification settings

For the existing DINO users, just go to your settings page to update your settings.
