Cardano NFT - Image not displayed in cnft.io

Can someone help in addressing the #NFT issue on #Cardano - CNFT.IO

I minted few NFT tokens using Cardano node and I am able to view the NFT correctly using pool.pm. But the image is not displayed in the market place of cnft.io for any of the NFTs from my wallet.

Two of those NFTs are more than 1 MB size and other one is in 600KBs only. Not sure whether this issue is something to do with cnft size limitation. but couldn't find any such information in the support documentation.

Raised several tickets with cnft.io but no response yet on this matter. It would be appreciated if someone can guide me on this.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    After minting several NFTs in different sizes, it finally worked when I minted a token with an image less than 50KB size. Apparently, larger than this specific size has an issue with pool.pm and cnft.io

    Best part is, there is still no reply to my tickets from cnft team.
