It has been 3 year now since XRP and SEC have been having this discord. It's actually frustrating but quite confident there will be victory in the end to give the project the desired space to prove it's worth as we could see a glimpse upon the recent victory in court.

I don't believe that's true. Even if a mini bull market arrives, it won't be because of the SEC. The SEC's case is already over, and their appeal is about their own issues. They couldn't prove XRP as a security despite thorough investigation, so there's no chance of considering XRP as a security.

The fact that XRP still holds strong on major exchanges such as Bitget shows customers are fed up of SEC and not reacting to their words. Let's see how it goes I'm sure XRP will survive in the end.
