Some time ago a rule was introduced for our detectives to publish a list of abusers every month. That means they are not abusing right now. But the users will be in quarantine.

It was the report for this month. In shortly , I handled around 36 plagiarism cases and solved around 16 cases, and the 18 users are still doing the abuse . And I have reported these users and after they will get 2nd warning then we will take action against them.
