Hello !!!

Greetings to all esteemed stakeholders, let's go together towards victory.

Hello Steem Watchers,
May you always be in good health and blessed!

This post is a report related to activity in the Venezuelan Steem community. This report is not intended to provide information that may serve as a guide for stakeholders.

Our only goal is to maintain the stability of the ecosystem on the Steem blockchain network in an effort to create a fair, honest, transparent and secure page for all users.

I have compiled some information for the period December 4 - 11, 2022.

First, I want to say that my English is not very good, so please understand and please discuss if there is a misunderstanding. Second, I want to ask permission from the entire team, for using the logo of the Venezuelan Steem community in this post.

Steem Venezuela (https://steemit.com/created/hive-193637) is a large community and is supported by the Steemit Team program, so it's only natural that this community is one of the communities that is the center of our attention. This community has 12,620 Subscribers with total active weekly posters as of this period is 177 posters and $894 pending rewards.

Meanwhile, for the period 4-12 December 2022, there were 88 active users with a total of 186 posters. This is an extraordinary number and we should appreciate the level of activity that has taken place in this community.

In terms of avoiding abuse, I certainly really appreciate the entire team, admins and moderators who have worked hard on community pages. In my observation, the team is very active in checking and providing their comments on posts, I am amazed at their work.

Then, let's take a further look, I'm interested in monitoring the community account, the account owner of this community is @hive-193637 with the amount of 134,913.95 SP ( 36,939.02 + 97,974.94 (169 Delegators )) which can generate a value of up to $ 1.24 for now.

What next ?

Recovery Account

In my observations, this account is actively curating, but unfortunately the account data shows that the Recovery Account by @edlili24. This is a question mark for me, while as we know that @edlili24 has left Steemit since 2 months ago. Even though @edlili24 is one of the founding team, his integrity is currently being questioned, how are we going to solve this case? hope someone can clarify this.

Outgoing Votes

Then I reviewed the Outgoing Votes activity, some accounts even got more than 7 upvotes for a 7 day period. In my opinion, ideally a maximum of 7 upvotes every week, how?

Some accounts getting curation of more than 7 upvotes in a week period is the community team. Some of my observations and preconceptions are, do upvotes go automatically to delegators?

I collect data for accounts that get more than 7 upvotes with a quota above 1% of the total upvote allocation over a period of one week. A high number of weights may indicate a higher percentage of upvotes received.

Copyright infringements

In my monitoring, I got one of the users identified with a Copyright infringement case, some of the images posted indicated copyright infringement. I wish the team could provide some guidance to this user.

There is nothing that needs to be interpreted excessively, all irregularities can be clarified and followed up with the right efforts and in accordance with the guidelines and provisions of the Steemit community.

Hello @mogui friend.

We appreciate the effort you make to review the cases of plagiarism in the communities that you have selected and it is my desire to also provide a response to your concern expressed in your report regarding the publications of Mr. @pedrobrito2004.

Mr. @pedrobrito2004 is an active member of the Steem Venezuela community and highly appreciated, he maintains a daily posting rate and has the support of those of us who read his posts.

We, MOD of Steem Venezuela, offer him our best guidelines in relation to the content and use of the images of his publications, which cannot be considered as plagiarism since he is placing the corresponding sources.

At present and in the future, Mr. @pedrobrito2004 will continue to rely on our guidance and we are sure that to the extent of his possibilities he will be able to attend to suggestions on the use of copyright-free images.

In the same sense, it is important to highlight that the team of moderators of Steem Venezuela remains attentive to the appearance of cases of plagiarism / abuse or spam and immediate measures are taken, we do our best not to ignore each case, it is our
responsibility to our users first. And in your research carried out on our community, you were able to verify that all the community moderators remain active, supporting and guiding each of the users with active publications in the Steem Venezuela community.

For the moment I say goodbye thanking you for the appreciation you have shown for the team's performance.

I appreciate the support and clarification, I have already had serious differences of opinion with this user for my translations of Asian fantasy novels into Spanish, but now that I stopped publishing my translations, then he decided to attack my publications in my Diary, in the Community of Steem Venezuela.

That makes me fear that this is already going into a personal attack thing. Furthermore, when it seems to me that the current accusation that I plagiarize the images I consider false, I never said that the images in my three posts that he points to were mine. In all cases I added, at the bottom of the image, the link to the original reference of the image.

I really don't know what this user is up to. When he criticized my translations, I noticed that he was criticizing a post written entirely in Spanish, but making his comment in English... I think it's because I've only seen him post in English and Vietnamese... so, that brings me to think that he didn't even know what he was criticizing about, because I think he didn't read the content.

It is irritating to be attacked with a statement that is false, quite annoying also when it is suspected that the other party no longer does it for 'good intentions'.

Hi, thanks a lot, we'd love to hear your response.

That means we can work together to protect the Steem ecosystem.

Thank you for the hard work of your entire team, I really appreciate it.

This report aims for us to be able to discuss and solve some small problems that are question marks.

It's fine as long as we will act more judiciously in the future.
