本來以為自己很難和負面情緒共處,但慢慢開始從各種書籍和影片裡學習了一些心理學知識,開始理解了負面情緒的機制後,對於自己無法時刻保持開心的莫名自責也就能輕易放下。

好在樂觀也是能透過學習而取得,心理學上稱之為學習性樂觀,重點其實就是改變自己看事情的視角,只要願意改變自己的認知,世界就會隨之改變,如此神奇~~
