做饺子的启示【The inspiration of making dumplings】

周末跟老妈一起做饺子。我们一家是南方人，喜欢吃饺子，但不会做，由于在北方生活了20多年了，学会了一点，但不熟练。先吃饺子，就得早早起来准备原材料。

同事姐姐交会我怎么调饺子馅。通常的三鲜饺子里面放的是虾或者虾皮，我这次改放的三文鱼肉。老妈说怕太腥了，就加了很多小香葱、料酒和五香粉怀着忐忑的心把饺子做好了。

今天煮着吃，非常好吃，没有三文鱼的海腥味，肉馅吃很嫩。

做饺子的启示：做事可以适当的创新，创新也不是盲目的创新，还要考虑周全。另外创新还必须有胆量。
