Feliz inicio de semana!
Mi vecina me envió un poco de hígados de pollo que preparó y se me ocurrió hacer una suerte de Pepito. El hígado tiene bastante sabor y más cuando se le agrega cebolla, ajo y pimientos. Así que no me apetece mezclarlo con salsas pero si con vegetales, papás fritas y pan casero.
Vamos para encima está semana!
