菜夹馍

单位园区食堂的菜夹馍做的很棒，夹馍的饼非常酥软，菜品有许多。土豆片，土豆丝，海带丝，胡萝卜丝，豆芽等等。最近还加了火腿肠片，5元钱可以说是很划算。

早上人多，都是自己拿筷子往馍里夹。店员也不管，随便夹多少都行，不像某些地方卖菜夹馍看着不让多夹。我每次都夹到很满，其实塑料袋就这么大，多夹也夹不了多少，就看卖家会不会做生意，为了一点点菜惹得消费者不满。

想知道这么多菜是咋调制的，如果能自己在家做就好了。
