时隔一年去健身房

时隔一年去健身房

自从孩子上了小学就没时间去健身房锻炼了，昨天抽空去了一次，距离上次去隔了大概有一年时间。这么久没锻炼身体机能下降很快，运动量稍大一些就心率加快，最高心率达到我180，赶紧停下来歇歇。

接下来几天身体会酸疼，以后没事多去锻炼下，强度轻些就行。
