不吃米飯能瘦不?
是這樣的, 我媽昨天中午出去買東西, 我就跟她說, 不用做飯了, 等她可以不用那麼趕, 其實我是打算不吃晚飯的, 不過下班的時候老婆發了兩張圖給我...我去...小龍蝦? 煎銀雪魚?? 看完還能不想吃東西嗎???
就是這樣, 我的不吃晚餐大計就以失敗告終了...結果跑了去大快活吃鐵板雜排...聽說不吃炭水化合物的話也可以減肥...嗯...這個餐沒米飯, 只有一個小小的面包...也算是減少吸收炭水化合物了吧?
如果是這樣的話...估計不會肥...嗯...不要想那麼多了...不點都點了...吃完再算啊....加上今晚會打拳, 我肯定不會吃晚飯, 應該沒問題的. 嘿嘿
