量力而行比什么都好

昨天说到大多数人都贷款买房这件事儿，我想起我的一个朋友。

他前段时间还和我借钱了，他说今年也买房了，之前一直租房一个月房租有1500左右，现在贷款买了一栋期房都还没有交房呢，新房没有下来没法住但也需要每月还贷的，但是现在仍然还需要租房住着，两面都需要花钱，手里特别紧张。

我哪里有什么闲钱啊，也是每个月到月底都是不够用，实在无能为力只能委言拒绝，朋友之间借钱这个事情弄不好可能连个朋友都没法做了。

还好他比较善解人意没有说什么，我羡慕他有一个比较好的媳妇，如果他媳妇不支持他的话，我估计现在混的应该更惨，工资才每月那么一点点，又是供房贷又是小孩各方面花费，不是两个人承担的话真的承受不了的。

话还是这样说——量力而为，千万别让房贷压垮了自己，只依靠工资收入是不可能。支撑起一个家庭的，就看自己的本事了。
