今天是妈妈64岁的生日，祝妈妈生日快乐👭🤗

为了筹备妈妈的生日，我打算自己做蛋糕🎂之前试过了做慕斯蛋糕、千层蛋糕、毛巾卷蛋糕、泡芙，这一次试做烤蛋糕。

这一次做蛋糕实在是让我了解到了什么叫做每个烤箱都有自己的脾气。这一次打算给妈妈做一个黑芝麻蛋糕，为了做这个，上一周还特地磨黑芝麻粉。

这一周就开始练习做蛋糕胚，凭我的经历，我每次做一个新的甜品，第一次总是失败的。可能我不够认真，可能我为了吃得健康偷工减料了很多材料，可能…😂😂😂

做蛋糕胚我做了2次，最后一次的时候有结合了听姐的给出的建议，在烤的时候就没有失败。

然后就是放凉，蛋糕有点回缩😥不过还行吧…涂奶油时，也是蛮多问题的。最后，切了点草莓来装饰，拯救了我的蛋糕😭
