迁移到新健身房开启今年的健身之旅

上次说到，之前的健身房由于某些原因干不下去了，将会员全部转移到附近一家健身房，看过环境之后觉得新健身房环境也还不错，比之前的健身房不论是游泳池还是健身场地都大了不少，甚至还多了之前没有的动感单车项目，所以还算是比较幸运的。

这不今年既然换了健身房，那么健身也得重新开启了？昨天就来了一场新健身房的挥汗如雨的操作，还是太久没有健身了，一上场就感觉腿部肌肉发出了求救信号，干不住了。这是身体有多么缺乏运动啊。于是在咬牙坚持了30分钟后退出了跑步机，开始器械运动，推着不算太大的负荷的上肢力量器械，浑身都在颤抖，练了一会就放弃了。今天早上一起来果然浑身都在酸疼。😂

今天要给自己定个小目标，瘦个10来斤。
