这次参与法拍房。
聊了几天的法拍房，今天终于轮到我关注的这套房子了，押金25w报名参与，好家伙有个老兄昨天就在喊价了，然后我看他们一万一万的加实在是太急人了。于是果断5w一加，没想到这个哥们真的是势在必得依然在我的基础上1 w一加。于是我在加到295的时候放弃了。然后拍卖沉寂了一会，没想到还是低估了这个哥们想买的决心，最后一直拍卖到327万才结束竞拍，没有人在加价了，这房子也几乎和二手房价格接近了。
哎虽然比二手房成本还是低一点。但是这个价格真的算不上捡漏了。
