减肥路上的第二天。分享一下之前的自己做的酸菜鱼。安慰一下自己。
这是上周末自己动手做的酸菜鱼 ，超市买条草鱼回来 。鱼是工作人员现场杀好的，回家洗干净直接把鱼骨和肉分离，鱼肉用刀片成片、用生粉蛋清 料酒抓匀备用 。生姜切片，蒜泥 ，辣椒干准备备用，酸菜用蒜蓉加生姜炒一下备用会香很多，然后在热锅先把鱼骨小火煎一下加入料酒，加入酸菜包加入水倒入炒好的酸菜开始熬煮，待水沸腾8～15分钟后捞出，在加入鱼片串入沸腾的汤中串一下就捞出放入盘中，然后撒花椒，蒜蓉 热油浇上，一锅美味的酸菜鱼就OK了。写着写着其实很饿了，为了减肥我就望梅止渴一下吧！
