昨天加班晚，回家又跳绳500个，洗澡完上楼倒下去就睡着💤了，连手机都没有摸。
故昨天连作业都没有交，不合格呀。在减肥路上的第四天我还是坚持住了。昨天是3瓶牛奶和8根香蕉的标配，因为小区没有买到低脂或脱脂牛奶 ，昨天用的是酸奶替换。一天一斤，也达到了目标。早上一量体重还是有点欣慰的。坚持住胜利在前方。其实心里还真想吃东西，特别想。
一早就把掉肉的节奏分享给了一个在观望减肥的同事，她说等我瘦下去了她在开始进行。我原本计划减肥是在3月中旬的，但是周末休息小朋友要求做包子 饺子等我怕我减肥路上更难，于是乎就在2月28开始打卡瘦身了。加油！
